From Emergency Medicine to the Front Lines of Healing

I started my journey in emergency medicine — as a paramedic in all walks, from rural medicine to search and rescue — saving lives and standing in the gap during people’s darkest moments. I saw the power of acute care firsthand: the speed, the structure, the life-saving protocols. But I also saw the cracks — and eventually, the truth beneath the surface.

Over time, I began to see a pattern: patients kept coming back. Not because the system failed in the moment, but because they never got what they needed before or after. They were never taught how to take care of their body, how to prevent illness, or how to heal when the crisis passed.

I watched too many people spiral — from one medication to another, masking symptoms instead of addressing the root cause. I saw chronic illness mismanaged with pill after pill. I saw patients discharged with no direction. I saw people surviving, but never truly healing and too many times given only one path for their health.

And I felt it personally.

I lost family and close friends to cancer — people I love who were given toxic treatments with devastating side effects, but never introduced to the alternative and integrative options I now know could have helped them heal. Chemo and radiation were the only tools they were handed. And it wasn’t enough.

That broke something in me.
But it also lit a fire.

I began researching, reading, studying everything from detoxification and nutritional therapy to functional lab testing, metabolic healing, and the body’s natural systems of repair. I detoxed my own body. I tested protocols on myself. I trained with experts. I built what I wish they had access to — and what I now share with you.
